BOOKING NOTES:
- Australia Wide Coaches offers standard Netsaver Fares online (we are unable to accept pension / seniors card or child concessions) with the option to book FLEXI or special HOT fares depending on availability.
- PIN CODE: at the time of making payment for your booking online, you will be asked to enter a pin code. This pin code is for security purposes and is to be a made up pin number of four digits. It is NOT the pin number for your credit card/debit card and can be any four numbers that you wish.
- If you make an error / experience an error with your booking, please call the office immediately before attempting a second booking. The office staff can assist to clarify the error and see if payment has been taken. If you make a second booking without checking the error with the office, it may result in a double booking and may not be eligible for refund.
